Master's Degree, Year 1
The Jacques Hadamard M1 program is part of the "Mathematics and Applications" track of excellence at Paris-Saclay University.
The M1 Hadamard program at ENS kicks off with the master’s orientation days organized by the Jacques Hadamard Mathematical Foundation (FMJH) in early September. During these two days, students are offered mini-courses and presentations on current research in mathematics and its applications.
The M1 consists of 2 blocks. It is recommended not to take more than 4 course units (UE) in Period 1. Not all course units will be compatible due to scheduling constraints. Course units offered by École Polytechnique are subject to availability and have enrollment caps. They are available only subject to available space.
